Food was good but took a bit long to come out. Ordered a T-bone medium and got a well- done. Didn't bother to exchange because I was too hungry. Got 15% off for AARP member.

This location for Dennys is awesome and delivers excellent service. The food was made exactly the way you know it should be like in your home town. I live in California and stopping by for Grand Canyon and wasn’t sure about the local breakfast spots. So, I chose what the family knows and loves. Server was really friendly and kept our drinks filled. I recommend you eat here for your next breakfast spot.

We stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back to Phoenix. The restaurant was pretty empty , it was clean and so we're the bathrooms. Our server Minnie was EXCELLENT!! She was so friendly and she did an excellent job bouncing around serving the 6 tables/groups that were dinning at the time. She kept a smile on her face and even handled a very rude table with such style and class! She was literally the best part about our visit. The food was so mediocre and it took forever to come out. Only reason we waited was because the server we had (Minnie) was kind and did a great job of updating is about our food. She kept our drinks full and held great conversation with us. She was so funny and very polite to each table. She must have been the only server bc she was the only one we saw working! I would suggest Denny's hire a new cook bc that cook was super slow! Our server Minnie was the only reason I am giving a 4 star review. She was so sweet and she made our day. We need more great customer service like she gives. By far it was the best I have received ☺️. Thanks you Minnie. Once again I love your name it's so pretty and reminds me of my favorite childhood cartoon Minnie mouse. Thanks for making our day. Deanna C waited on us and she was absolutely amazing! She was not only kind, but so friendly and helpful. We got our food so fast and everything wash hot and fresh... she literally made this experience worth every penny. I will come back and hope that she is our server...

Could you imagine being seated by costumer restrooms, and by a fluke, have them be cleaned while consuming your food? I can.
Who's to blame here? Should we have asked for other seats? Maybe. And could a manager have asked to have the restrooms be cleaned at a more convenient time? The world may never know.
When it came to the food, a side of mashed potatoes wasn't delivered to our table when ordered, but what would it even matter? The person who did receive their side of mashed potatoes got about 2 tablespoons worth of potato.
And my meal, I got a burger and a side of fries, a classic dine-in dish that has been around since the dawn-of-time.
I received hot fries, but got a cold burger patty with lettuce that even sheep wouldn't eat with two buns. I never thought I'd bite into a burger with cold meat in my entire life.
Bitting into my fries with the smell of an open public restroom door is going to be added to the traumatizing top 5.
Staff were nice, maybe you rest of you can try take-out???
I'm not coming back.

The food was really good I had a specialized Grand slam with sausage turkey bacon, hash browns, and eggs. The service was very friendly and was checking on me regularly. While this is a chain restaurant it was a better quality than average. I didn't give it five stars only because it is a chain with nominal atmosphere. They do give a discount for AARP which is nice.

Poor service and long waiting while there are plenty of open tables. Food is okay. I totally forgot about the Northern Pines restaurant next door. The breakfast meal is amazing! Very clean and pleasant surroundings. I highly recommend the place. Try out.

The food really sucked. Got the spicy buffalo sandwich meal. Wasn’t at all spicy. In fact it was sweet. The sandwich was soggy. Fries were good. Customer service okay. Just very fast paced with nobody there. Wouldn’t come here again.
