The food is flavorful, well cooked, and the staff is kind. You currently can’t dine inside because they are undergoing some remodeling but the outside seating is a great option. It does get busy with college students during busy times. Plenty of parking and a great view of the city!

The worst burrito I have ever had. New to Flagstaff and decided to give Chipotle a chance. Definitely the first and last visit. Burrito was full of plain rice, absolutely no seasoning, maybe 2 pieces of meat and no sauce. I paid for sauce and queso neither of them was on the burrito. Basically I received a rice burrito with no sauce. We thought it was just mine, husband burrito had big chunks of dry rice, more meat but no seasoning or sauce. We ended up throwing both of them out. I do not recommend.

Food is decent. The rice was crunchy though not cooked correctly. I don't expect exceptional customer service but one of the girls threw my bowl onto the counter after finishing my order. I guess she had a bad day? They definitely need to either get paid more or be treated better by management & customers.

We have ordered take out multiple times, and we will never do it again. They give you about 1/2 of what they give you when you order in the restaurant.
So disappointed. We had mini burritos about 4” long and my wife had a salad and the bowl was 1/2 full.

Food was okay, chips had copious amounts of salt. Customer service is seriously lacking. They are supposed to open at 10:45am, per the hours on their door. It was 10:55am, the door was open and when we walk in, we are rudely told they aren't open yet?? The new location on the east side has even worse reviews. Just don't bother with any of the Chipotle's in Flagstaff.

I love chipotle, and for that reason I have to give them at least 3 stars. BUT i had to stop ordering the steak (my go-to) from this location because it's constantly gnarly fatty pieces and it ends up making the whole bowl less enjoyable. I don't know if they are not as good at trimming it or if they source it differently but I hope they can fix it. Please

One of my favorite spots to eat. High quality food, big portions, and very reasonable prices. I get the chicken burrito with no rice, both types of beans, hot salsa and corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce.
