Our food arrived cold and missing an item. The cheese on the pizza was literally solid. The chicken was cold. Not enjoyable at all. I could not contact the store about the missing item. When you call the number you're connected to someone overseas. No matter which option I chose the call was disconnected. I haven’t had Papa Johns in awhile and had a craving- unfortunately I was very disappointed in the food and ripped off.

It's understandable that my order was late because it was Super Bowl Sunday. What wasn't okay was that my order was ready but the employee chose not to give it to me. I waited 30 minutes passed when they said it was ready. Thankfully, another, more responsible employee found my order (cold) and gave it me. I wasn't gonna wait another 30 minutes for fresh pizza due to the fact that I lived outta town.

Everyone has their favorite style of pizza. Papa John's for all their political controversy does have decent pizza. While it's not the best I've ever had, it is consistently good. They have frequent coupons and specials. Being close to nau campus means they are open late. This is one place that everyone can agree on when choosing pizza for dinner.

We ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza to our hotel room. We didn’t get any plates or napkins. We got 8 pieces of pepperoni and maybe 5 olives. Pizza tasted great for a cheese pizza!!

Wow. Had a problem with yall getting the order placed. Got the special, pizza not cut. No garlic sauce. Garlic knots were doughy in the middle. I paid $30 for this?! Really?!?! Ita not rocket science to bake a pizza and garlic knots. This is a fail on a whole new level. Was thw new guy in charge of making everything tonight??? Epic fail poppa johns...epic fail. The best Papa John's I've had the pleasure of doing business with. On Christmas eve our order $90 was stolen by a third party delivery service. Brian the manager showed general concern of our situation and offered to comp for our next order. Two days later I called and put in same order and he kept his promise and made it right even though it wasn't his fault the pizza was stolen. I will continue to go to the location for this reason. Thank you all! Especially Brian!

I haven't been to a Papa John's in almost 20 years. I was so happy that I could share this joy with my family seeing how they have never partaken. The Pizzas and bread sticks were spot on. The jalapeno and garlic butter were the icing on their great first experience. Thank you for hitting every one of our yum buttons.

pizzas good, just wish there was a better distribution of toppings. (this was supposed to be mushroom, jalapeno, and spinach) and there’s not much spinach on it.
