Nice location great customer service but not impressed with the tea. My daughter makes tea at home and honestly it taste better then what we bought for 7 dollars each. Don't get me wrong we love to go for the atmosphere and to buy tea necessities. What a great spot! It's so calm and laid back atmosphere. Love the tea and the staff are so above and beyond amazing. We're only visiting for the weekend and the girl working remembered us from the day before and a bit of our conversation and used that to help me pick tea. A little bit extra goes a long way.

Atmosphere here is great. Everything else is... fine. Their matcha is bad. Most of their specialty drinks are fine. Every time I come here I always wonder why I chose to come here instead of just using the tea bags I have at home.
As someone who frequents Steep in town, I would almost always choose to go there instead.

I'm mostly a coffee guy, with cappuccino, cold brew and cortado being my go-to drinks. I rarely ever have a tea that didn't make me wish I had coffee instead. The mountain brew at Lia Leaf is one of them. They also have some great-sounding loose leaf teas I'll look forward to seeing. Great place!
