My first time trying Vietnamese food. I was nervous but it was amazing. Tasted so good. Friendly clean place to eat.

Overall, the food taste was superb. The broth, meat and the rest of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. However, the appetizer that we ordered was overcooked; there was very little filling of meat and the wrappers were thick. Also, you have to pay extra for the dipping sauce that seems like a store-bought sweet chili sauce.

They seem to give you the ingredients (noodles, raw vegetables, baked and pulled chicken breast etc), and it is up to you mix them up or eat separately. I thought they have cook to properly mix them, stir fry them or cook them. Don’t get me wrong, I have tasted many Vietnamese cuisine before. But this one seems to be “overly americanified, even to the point that it feels we ordered “at-home meal kit delivery” and we are supposed to cook on our own. And that is after 45 minute wait time for the meal to arrive. Only positive point is that our server was nice.

This review is from my 9 year old that had to wait 30 minutes after our food arrived for his Pho. "The food is terrible and it took 30min to get the food. They were not nice and if you want good Vietnamese food don't go to Chopsticks." This review is from my husband "They we're pho-kin terrible. This review is from me. We were passing through Flagstaff looking for a bite to eat, we decided that Vietnamese sounded good (which is usually our favorite) well we arrived to an uncrowded restaurant one table was just finishing up their meal. We ordered and my husband's food came in a reasonable time, my food took another 10 minutes to arrive. We asked the restaurant to cancel our son's Pho but she said they were almost done with it and it would be out shortly . If took 20 more minutes They had signs posted that they were short staffed but we're unapologetic about getting our food on the table. They even charged us .50 for a To Go Container for my son who didn't eat with us. Unimpressed...

I consider myself a pho connesuer, 😋 I ate pho weekly in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii. Growing up where the pho was so delicious, lines would be out of the door and around the corner on Saturday during brunch hours, mind you, with no air conditioning! (This was the 80s!) And in general, I try pho anywhere I am located... I'm slightly obsessed. Hawaii and California has great pho, and so does Arizona, and this restaurant is one for sure. I wonder if this is the only authentic Vietnamese place in Flagstaff??? Because certainly the dishes they offered were authentic. The broth, was absolutely delicious. 💯! My only gripe, was my pho came out wrong, even after a convo with the server about why I liked what I was putting in it. It was corrected though. 2nd minor gripe? I miss seeing fish sauce and chili oil on the table like I'm used to seeing in some other places I've come accustomed to. Sometimes Vietnamese restaurants only offer two sauces on the table, hoisen and SRI Racha sauce like this place, and to me that's not fully "traditional". This restaurant will charge you an additional $1 for any other sauces you order. All in all, it's definitely worth the visit to dine here for the authenticity/deliciousness of the cuisine. I'm not from the area but I'll come back if I'm in the area! I saw another reviewer below stating it wasn't authentic, this isn't true... that you had to "put all the ingredients together yourself"... this guy must've not understood "pho- etiquette" 🤔. It is absolutely authentic & delicious Vietnamese cuisine, (minus the fish sauce and chili oil missing @ the table, that only people like myself would be missing) lol 😆.

One of my favorite Pho restaurants in town. The Pho broth is very rich and flavorful. The calamari looked average but was actually some of the best I've had.

A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I was a little hesitant because the menu had "rare" next to most if the menu items that included meat. The staff here are friendly but speak minimal English, so when I asked about the meat, I didn't really get an answer. I order the #14 and it was very delicious. The extra bean sprouts and fresh jalepenos made my dish very tasty. I recommend this place, just be aware that they live playing Michael Jackson videos on the TV. The decore is fairly plane as well.
