Einstein Bros. Bagels

This place is amazing! I have gone here a lot since first coming to NAU. They have a great selection of bagels to choose from! When it comes to their menu options they have a wide variety to choose from. The coffee is really good too! My favorite drink it their strawberry banana smoothie it is the best one I have ever had! Whether or not you like bagels you need to go here at least once. P.S. They deliver on Starship and also do pick up there to. They have many payment options to choose from.

I order from this place a lot because they have great food and good drinks. But the past few times I have ordered from here the order was incorrect, I Would add a few more ingredients to my bagels and they wouldn’t be on there when I would take that first bite. I wouldn’t add anything to your bagels unless u feel like paying more money for nothing.

The food and service was good, but it seems that the majority of the time I am at Einsteins the manager is always yelling at the staff. She should take them somewhere private and talk with them instead of embarrassing them in front of the customers and their coworkers. Now I know why everyone at Einsteins seem to dislike it and are not happy there... Someone needs to talk to that manger because she is going about her job in the wrong way... Like I said I think the service is fast and the food is good for the amount of people that are in line waiting.

I used to work as a Shift Leader at an Einstein's for about a year and a half, I understand the stress of the job especially with how busy this location can be. However, I encountered some of the rudest most careless customer service here. I always strive to be as polite and kind as possible when ordering food, but when I asked for an Egg & Cheese, add Jalapeno Aoli sauce and tomato slices, two extra steps that take less than 5 seconds to complete, the worker looked at me as if I asked her to give me her right lung and didn't even acknowledge my request. She then proceeded to make just an Egg & Cheese without the add ons that I had repeated twice when she asked. if it wasn't so busy at the time I would've sent it back.
