This wasn’t the first time that I have used a Miller & Carter restaurant but it was certainly my first time at the one in Fleet, Hampshire. As to be expected, we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to our table. We were then introduced to our waiter, Jack who was a very charming and very attentive young man. He was very polite and knowledgeable and ensured that all our needs were met throughout the time that we were there. Jack is certainly a credit to the company. Based on our experience at Fleet and our interactions with the staff, there is nothing that needs to be improved as the quality of service and food is synonymous with what I have come to expect from Miller & Carter.

superb ambience, great service, one thing I ordered a bottle of Champagne and they had none chilled to a cold enough level with the exception of the most expensive bottle. Otherwise it was an excellent experience food was delicious. The chateaubriand was cooked perfectly and all the side dishes were amazing. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY !!!

We had lovely steaks. Cooked as we asked and served in good time. The waiter was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable (although temperatures inside slightly too cool - a couple of degrees warmer would make it more comfortable). I took a star off as children's food is always a bit of a disappointment - dry and chewy (but on this occasion, also a wrong dish was brought. We didn't send it back as we were in a hurry to eat and continue our journey). Overall, it was quite a pleasant visit.

Lovely place to eat. Was the best steak I've ever had, tried to savour ever last piece. Our waitress Lauren was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this steakhouse!

Great place, a little out the way to a visitor to the area but worth going. Steak was lovely and well cooked, I had the rump, but others in my party had different cuts that were equally well appreciated. Service was great and the waitress was really helpful with our questions and request.

A late decision to pop in on a Saturday Evening, turned into a good idea. It was busy but not too busy. It's not the most atmospheric of places but it is clean and friendly. Full of plenty of people at this time of day. We all had steaks and they were all really good.
