The Station Ember Inns

Great service, great food, great surroundings. I have been many times before when there has been some problems with lack of food options, over cooked food, slow service and background music far too loud. Understanding that the restaurant was going through a few troubles I thought I would leave going there again for a while so they could resolve their issues. Went there on Tuesday, this week, and had a wonderful time and excellent meal and service. Absolutely First Class. Cannot recommend any improvements. Will definitely be going again very soon. Visited the Station as I have passed it a few times and I had time before a meeting, to grab a bit of lunch. Had the Sausages and Mash with a soft drink. The sausages tasted a little burnt and the onion rings were a little oily. The mash was lovely and creamy & the gravy was full of flavour. Might try something else next time. There was so much charm to this place, the sun added a great atmosphere.

( Update from yesterday), Good news Kalvin had already ordered more dog bowls and they turned up today, its great when the team here see an issue and deal with it when they can. (from yesterday's post.) Had a great day there today, 16, no ( another just walked in ) 17 dogs came in today (not all at the same time) and the atmosphere was brilliant, all got on so well. When other customers came in they were gutted as they would have brought theirs in. Only 2 dog bowls so used my extra 2 to ensure all pooches were catered for. Any dog bowl companies out there that want some great publicity and good vibe points from all of us owners then feel free to offer Ember inns a big discount ( or me I'll buy them ).
