Update: I still go here all the time and these folks are the best. As I travel and go to other locations, none of them compare to this one on Linden rd. A+++ I go here all the time,. to the point that when I place my order they know who it is, and remember that I always get two frozen lattes, and that I need a sticker over the opening on one as I reserve it for later consumption. Thanks for doing a good job.

I will not go back to this place,and I have told my family and friends that this is a racist unwelcoming place that allows the help to treat customers horrible, if you are not white. The white woman was given her coffee before me and I was there first. When I realized that I was not treated well I started to get my money back.

Pulled in lights were on. Open sign is on. Someone was pulling away from the drive through window and we were behind them. No one would take our order. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes and when the car ahead of us got their order we pulled up. She said they closed 3 minutes ago. Yet we had been there for 5+. They need to shut off their open light and check the drive thru to make sure all the customer that were in line were waited on. Normally I wouldn’t care but she treated us like we were trying to get away with something and was rude to my 67 year old mother. She said “go to Swartz creek they are open I already took off my headset” and closed the window. I always get better service at their other locations. I’ll skip this one and head to Starbucks.

Normally I don’t have any problems with them but I was so disappointed today when I got a 16oz strawberry shortcake and when I got my drink I couldn’t barley drink it because there’s so many chunks of ice
