the staff was super nice but the fact that you can’t do two separate orders or do an order and an online pick up order at the same time is ridiculous. had to go back in the line for my online order after my friend ordered and waited 30 min after already waiting in line. other than that had a great experience with good food. just a warning!

Ordered through the app they told me they did not have the order made me drive back around the drive through and then they realized my order was placed online. I get home with my order and 2 burritos worth $8 are completely missing. So 35 mins and they stole $8 worth of my food I will NEVER return there.

Ordered food online and once I got to the location, I was told their system was down and that it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited over 30 and got that same response. I asked how long they’ve been down and was ignored. They told me that I would only be charged for my food once the system was back up and we claimed the order and we could leave it and not be charged. I ended up leaving as it had been over 45 minutes. I woke up today with the money taken out of the account.

This taco bell is a joke every manager in this place on night shift doesn't know how to do there job. I got told 15 min wait for the system to reboot up. End up waiting over an hour in there parking lot after got told 3 times that they was waiting on there system watch over 50 cars ride threw drive tru getting told can't order. So after wait an hour I placed my order online to get to the speaker and get told sorry can't make your food they took my money out of my account and told me I have to wait for my refund SMH! Would never recommend this place will take your money and have you waiting an hour to get told sorry there nothing I can do oh here's a free Pop SMH gas at 5 dollors an gallon🤬 thanks tanna

I use to love going here but after thep pandemic this place is really gone downhill their systems are constantly down you can never really order any food they're always out of something and they never change the syrup and the drink machine so they're drinks are always nasty I don't blame the employees I blame Taco Bell as a company they obviously don't hire enough employees to keep this place running

Very unprofessional staff, not sure how you mess up an online order through the app. Upon arrival gave them our name they insisted we were at the wrong tbell. Pulled to window showed receipt they said pull back around they don't have it. Pulled back around to get told our order is under guest, in which then they asked and confirmed our order. Unfortunately didn't check the bag before leaving and we didn't recieve our full order. On top of that the food was awful tasted old. And beefy 5 layer had no sour cream and more beans than anything. Beef quesorito tasted terrible as well. Nacho fries were decent but there impossible to mess up.
