Taco Bell

Day shift is good and gets the food right, and are quick. The night shift goofs around, takes forever, gets orders wrong, and to make their order times seem good to corporate, they will ask you to wait to order until they serve the car in front of you at the window, and the drive thru will back up into the road. Day shift is great, good place to eat, night shift is a disgrace to the taco bell name and standards.

Foods decent and workers are friendly... HOWEVER wait times are ridiculous and then they will take your order at the speaker at the drive thru and then say "could you please sit right there at the speaker while we start your order" while people are getting mad behind you because they know you ordered but wondering why you haven't moved. Then they finally tell you to pull around and you pay and your food is ready as soon as you pay. I don't understand the waiting at the speaker part? For there drive thru times? I legit wait every single time in line at drive thru atleast 15 20 minutes.

The black guy that's supposed to be the head manager Melvin I think was his name. Was extremely rude when I had to drive all the way back bcuz my food was made incorrectly. He was just extremely off putting & giving off bad energy. I get that the job is stressful but literally right after we talked he helped the lady behind me with a completely different attitude. He was flirty, joking with her& even calling her 'sweetheart' (Which he referred to every female customer he helped after) & I only know that bcuz it took 20min for them to remake 2 bean burritos with no onions smh. After finally getting my order the Melvin dude just plopped my bag of food on the counter after making eye contact with me& said "There you go 'Man'" &took off. No sorry for your wait, inconvenience, or respectful address as 'Sir as apposed Man' I'm not trying to sound entitled but instead of acting annoyed bcuz I came back to get my food remade correctly, maybe at least try to exude some form of customer service I mean you're a manager for God's sake! Smh

I'm tired of not getting my food correct. Tired of missing items and incomplete meals. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with nacho cheese shell. Got flour tortilla, nacho cheese shell, and a tablespoon of beef. No lettuce. No cheese. Asked for Cinnabon delights, got cinnamon twists. Why is it that it's so hard to read the ticket and put it in the bag? Why am I missing the internals of my food?? Why do I get chicken instead of beef chalupas for both of my chalupas? A year ago I rated 5 stars. But after the past 3 times that resulted in either missing or incorrectly made food (nothing but a scoup of beef!!?!) now 1 star.
