Rally's

You can only order online. They will not accept drive thru orders or take payments there. This is a place to pick up online orders only. Some of their menu items are not online so therefore you cannot order them at all. Ordered something different than what I wanted because my item was not on the menu online and was told 6 minute wait. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a small order.

Food was great. Service not so much. I ordered through the app for the first time and when I got there told me to pull around to the other window. No big deal. Pulled around they asked if I had a GrubbHub order I said no I ordered through the app. Waited there for a minute or two and they told me to pull into the parking lot. Waited there for a while. Then they waved at me to come to the window. Normally the workers from other fast food places just bring it out to the car. I thought that was strange. Not to mention I didn't know if they were waving at me. There were three cars waiting for orders. I walked up to the drive thru window and they tell me that the person that ordered is gonna have to get their drink refunded cause they didn't have any drinks in the building. I told them that I placed the order and asked if I could substitute the drink for anything like a fry or something. They told me flat out no. So I asked how do I get the refund. They replied that I would have to tell the person who ordered that they don't have the drink and get the refund through the place ordered from. I told them again that I placed the order through the app and ask how to do it through that. They said they didn't know try the website... by then I was past my patients. I took my food and left. So 1- they can see who ordered the food either through their app or from a third party company. 2- they can't refund or edit orders through pickup or their delivery on their app. It's safe to say that I won't order through that app for a while or buy from that store for a while.

There's at least a 30 minute wait for your order. I was actually there 38 minutes. Very unprofessional staff. The guy at the window had on gloves but they were shredded so his hands were all over the food. I can't vouch for the quality of the food as I was picking up for someone else but I imagine after the 30+ minute wait, the food was cold. Zero stars. Do yourself a favor and never go to this location. If you drive south on Saginaw st a couple miles to Bristol Rd. It's much nicer.

I drive for a delivery company. Tonight, while waiting 20 minutes for my pickup, I observed a lady in a Nike hoodie, wipe her nose, scratch her arms, all while preparing food without gloves on. If management is interested, check the cameras between 1am and 1:15am. For 10 minutes of my wait, I was the only customer at this store. The order was relatively small, it was fries 3 different ways. Why would that take 20 minutes? I’ve lost count of the long waits at this store, I personally know that most drivers in this metro avoid this store because of the long waits, regardless of time of day. It is my hope that ownership sees these reviews. The store is always dirty, garbage all over the lot/drive thru lanes, and the staff seems to not care about actually serving customers. It’s almost like we inconvenience them by coming. This is unfortunate because people love the brand and it’s food, but this particular establishment completely ruins Rally’s.
