Terrace On The Park

What an amazing venue to host an event. My wife and I had our wedding in the penthouse. Unfortunately on our big day, it rained, but the management at Terrace arranged everything flawlessly for a rain location in the chapel. Our guests enjoyed everything about the event. Excellent wedding venue, with excellent service.

After much research I found that Terrace on the Park was the most economical and convenient in location. It turned out to be more than I ever expected or imagined and would have another event here. Yes, the decor is old and looks dated; that was one of the main reasons I was hesitant in having my event here. But I was able to invest a bit more in decor because of the money I was saving in the venue and was able to turned my room into an elegant unforgettable winter wonderland. I was able to get the venue a full day before my event as well as have the full day of my event to fully decorate and set up my room. I got lucky that there were no events booked before mine. The room I had was the Crystal room which have breathing taking views of Queens and the city skyline. The staff was beyond amazing before, during and after the party. I did a buffet style dinner and the food was all fresh and hot. Many of my guests went for seconds. I do suggest that when you are cleaning up after to make sure that you label anything you want to keep especially if you have items you rented or bought that you want to keep as the maintenance people will come in and just threw everything in the garbage. If Terrace on the park would invest in updating the carpets, curtains and paint over the wall paintings(I covered it with drape and piping) it would make turn the venue into a must place to have your event...

This place was absolutely gorgeous. I recently visited this venue after being invited by a very good friend to his wedding. I had never been here before, so I was super excited. In the daytime it does it no justice it’s absolutely stunning to see it lit up at night. The only downside that I would say about this place is the elevator situation. And that’s just me personally, I have a thing with elevators. They have a decent size parking lot so your gusset aren’t stuck looking for parking. The wedding was held downstairs in the lower level in a simple but elegant role, we moves up to the main floor to have the cocktail hour. The food was great. I loved the assortment that the couple chose it covered everyone as my man doesn’t eat me. There is an outdoor section that offered some seating as well. Very sexy looking. Afterwords we were off to the penthouse aka rooftop. The view was amazing and the layout was so pretty. Loved the lighting in the ballroom very ambient. The PH has an out area that offers a wedding ceremony setup a with additional seating on the other side and an outdoor bar. The service was good and the food was as well. Most times I don’t bother to eat at weddings which is crazy because the couple pays a grip for it. The entertainment was bananas, very engaging. Not sure if they were chosen by the couple Over all I enjoyed wedding and the venue. Definitely would recommend this as a choice for any important event

Beautiful hall in Queens. Great for weddings and all types of gathering. The place is spacious and beautiful but some things were just too old for my liking. Anyone that makes an event here is very lucky. The views are gorgeous as well. The building overlooks some of the most amazing sights in Queens.

This Catering Place is the place to be for hosting a Wedding; party; or, even a Masquerade. My school had a Masquerade hosted by Terrace On The Park &, by some of the teachers from the school. It was really awesome. I hope to visit this place again in a couples years when I’m an adult! This place… I’d never forget the day I’ve had…
