-UPDATE- Seriously? I would have expected for your response to at least offer a way to communicate with the Manager/Owner so you can make this right by refunding my money. We have the proof of your double charge from February 2019. We have been trying since February to reach you and all you can say is "We dropped the ball"??? You have dropped the ball twice now! Call me at the number we left with your employees in March 2019. ---------Original Review--------- We used to buy pizza here since the place opened almost every weekend... We stopped ordering after our debit card was charged twice... We were told that only the owner can provide a refund. My wife has made numerous attempts to reach the owner for a refund but they are never available and they have not even tried to call us even though we left our phone number. Every time we show up or call, the owner is never available to speak. Someone else must be able to provide a refund in his absence. It's gotten to the point that I was left with no choice but to give this 1 star review on the place for terrible customer service....

I order from here all the time and I always get the baked ziti, bbq wings, and a whole pie. The baked ziti is perfect and I would not change anything about it. The BBQ wings are a bit too sweet for my taste but nevertheless a great appetizer. I sometimes get the calamari and it’s pretty good but sometimes it comes soggy. The pie is great as well. The prices are getting higher but it is still worth it.

Ate here on a Friday night and had a great experience. Even though it's a standard "stand to order and get your napkins, drinks, etc", the staff still insisted on getting everything for us even when they were busy. My husband thought the pizza was run-of-the-mill but pretty good, and my calzone was wonderful.

They only got star because I can’t give less..the food is horrible. I ordered a pizza that came 40mins late....was cold, soggy, and SUPERR oily. They often forget items or replace them with things that were not ordered. They almost always run out of Cheese, have you ever heard of a pizza shop running out of cheese???? Their beef patties was burnt and STILL COLD!!! What happen to this place. Food use to be good. They Lost a customer for sure!

(ALso, the prices are way more than what the menu displays on google,WAY MORE) Me and my girlfriend went in for some wraps and they were below average!. we came in 1 hour and 30 minutes before they were due to close, so there were a lot of options not available to us, but that is no excuse for the poor tasting chicken caesar wrap and buffalo chicken wrap that they served us!! Also, the fries were bland as well!

Unfortunately these is the second time they sent out something they call pizza, this time end up in the trash. We used to love their pizza but i do not know what is going on in that oven, it is bad when you have your kids waiting and they get these. I gave them 2 stars because the the food was fine, still we are not getting pizza from them again.
