LOVE THIS BUBBLE TEA! Such a large menu you will find what you are craving ; whether you want a simple tea or something with a lot of add ons and more like an actually dessert. I love the pineapple tea with milk foam.

Service is speedy, they understand ur order and make it exactly how you like it. And its clean in their booth! Feel kind of bad for them that now tiger sugar is right next door to them but I will still continue to pick gong cha over tiger sugar! I love their lemon winter melon tea with basil seeds. This time I added coconut jelly and it was a great addition. They add a good amount of topping too. Not stingy with it like in other locations.

I had bubble tea from many different stores, gongcha definitely has most tasty tea. My favorite drink is the milk foam green tea with 30% sugar and I always doubled milk foam. Highly recommend!

This bubble tea shop at New World Mall is excellent! There service and attitude towards all customers are great. When it was my first time I didn’t know what to get so I asked them for recommendations and they would politely ask me what kind of flavors I liked and based on my liking to recommend a perfect drink for me. Even though they are busy very time, they would not lack off. Within minutes my drink would be ready and the taste is fantastic. I would totally 100% recommend it!😊

Service was speedy, people behind the counter were nice, and the drink was exactly what I wanted 😊 I’ve been really into passionfruit green tea these days haha, I think next time I’ll get 100% sugar though. I just wish that this location were a bit more convenient to get to!

It's a Taiwanese chain tea-drink store. They have both hot and cold tea, including bubble tea. I had a hot mellon-oolong tea with 30% sugar - it's very flavorful, I like it! They are also opening one in downtown NYC at Broadway/Fulton St.
