Robata Sushi

Number one Asian fusion Japanese restaurant in flushing. Best I ever tried and tasted in Flushing. Very precise and delicate in all aspect of the dish.That how they make their dishes so unique. I personally especially likes the foie gras and the fried rice. It is the two most special dish that must be try. Sushi bar is also great. All ingredients are fresh and perfectly combine to make a perfect dish. I had the head chef to prepare my order. He even consider what is a good combination for my group of people instead of just making the order I placed. Gave me good suggestion and recommendation to revise my order. Very considering. I am very pleased. Service is good, very attentive. good smile, positive attitude. unlike other restaurant in flushing. This one is one of a kind. I strongly recommend this one to all my friends to come and check it out. Never see one close to this in flushing. Must come and check out this place. you will be surprised. Marked my word for it.

Definitely one of the better sushi place I've been to. I got the sushi dinner, which comes with 10pc of sushi and a shrimp tempura roll, and the chicken karaage appetizer. Reasonably priced and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I really enjoyed the sushi. The only reason I didn't give the restaurant 5 stars is because of the chicken karaage. It was bland and dry, considering they used sliced chicken breast and left it unseasoned. The karaage I've had in the past are typically seasoned or marinated before frying, my favorite is when they used chicken thigh since the meat is more juicy and flavorful. The sauce that came with it (sour cream with truffle oil?) seems more suited for something spicy or with a stronger flavor. Overall i would definitely recommend their sushi and I look forward to trying other things on the menu, preferably with friends so we can order a ton of food to try.
