Nice Xi’an restaurant in New York. I’ve been there for over 5 times and have also ordered delivery.
The meat burgers are great and authentic. The pork burger is my must-have. There is a lot of meat in it with a relatively cheap price.
The noodles with soup are not as good as the burgers. They always come with scarce ads-on like meat, potatoes in it. Basically you will expect a bowl of noodles in the soup and a little meat and vegetables.
There are always seats in the restaurant and my average waiting time is about 5-10 minutes. But there are no waiters cleaning the table after customers finished so it seemed to be not so clean.
Generally it’s a 4/5, cause the porks are so nice.

Spicy cumin lamb hand pulled noodles are flavorful and my absolute favorite, I suggest trying extra spicy if you like spicy food. Location in queens was spacious and not crowded compared to the one in the city.

3.5 stars, good value for money
Street Food style. I had 2 dishes and paid under $14 for both together. The Spicy&Sour Spinach Dumplings Soup was great, the Chang'an Spicy Tofu not so much (but that is just personal preference- it was too slimy for me).
There were quite a few people and service was fast, waiting for the food took approx. 5 minutes.
The interior is not super comfy but some cute painting are on the walls.
Overall, not my first pick when in Flushing, but it is definitely good value for money and I will be back at some point :(

Absolutely delicious him cold noodles, and even the medium is nicely spiced. The pork buns were also very very tasty. Definitely worth a stop if you want some good hand pulled noodles.

Hey I came here to check out the world renowned spicey cumin lamb. I really love the aesthetic and atmosphere created in this establishment. The authentic Chinese food smelled so good and classic hip-hop music playing in the background really was an amazing mix to experience. When it came to the menu I rushed my order. I wish I had taken more time to look at the menu so I could have tried the spicey cumin lamb burger. Besides that everything was perfect. Make sure to use the black vinegar! =)

Xi’an Famous Foods became the Flushing choice for dinner after reading through countless Reddit threads and after watching Mark Wiens feature the restaurant on his YouTube channel. While they have opened up a few more restaurants throughout the city, I was most curious to try out their Flushing location.
Luckily the place was not busy by the time I arrived (5:00PM), but around 10-15 minutes after, food delivery services and locals stopped in to order. The menu is quite small and simple, but they are most known for their Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles (N1), which has a numbing and tingly spicy that slowly creeps up on you as you eat it. The owner of the restaurant best recommends the “regular spicy” option if you are a first timer, but you may adjust the amount of spice to your taste. I do happen to hold a higher tolerance for spicy food, so I didn’t think it was unbearable by any means. What is featured in their dishes are their hand-pulled noodles, as advertised all over their restaurant.
Upon receiving my order, I first noticed how large the portion was and how thick and long the noodles were. I paid about $10 for the dish (not including drink), which was more than reasonable. Picking up the noodles with my chopsticks proved to be a challenge, but once I took a bite, I immediately fell in love with the dish that I did finish my whole plate. The lamb was so tender and complemented well with the cabbage and scallions. The noodles were so chewy and very fresh, but went so well with the spicy sauce. I also tried out their tea which was a wonderful and refreshing pairing.
Please come to this place if you’re in Flushing, and you are in for a treat. It’s a must to sit down to eat this dish to truly enjoy the freshness of the noodles!

I got the F8 (Spicy & Sour Pork Dumplings) and N8 (Spicy Hot-Oil Seared Noodles)! They are super filling and delicious! Definitely an affordable quick lunch. The only thing I would honestly suggest is putting ginger in the spicy & sour pork dumplings or put it as a side. I think that would make the dish significantly better! I love that the noodles are homemade. They are very long though, you gotta eat it in a couple of bites! All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
