Ok. So I normally order from Hang Hotpot because I didn’t know Incredibowl was also on UberEats. Incredibowl is so much better than Hang and $2 cheaper than Hang for the 2 person large meal. The food is also whole and not chopped to bitty pieces like they do at Hang. I’m obsessed with dry hotpot bowls. Incredibowl is flavorful and comes with whole pieces of beef, sausages, etc. this will be my new go to UberEats place.

I work in the area so I come here often for lunch. The food is usually good but sometimes, it's a little off. By off, I mean I would get medium spicy one day and another, it'll be like super spicy. Odd if I'm literally getting the same level each time. It's quite pricey also but it's the best dry hot pot in the food court.

Delicious dry pot with lots of options for meats and veggies. We got beef, fish, wood ear mushroom, tofu skin and lotus root. The sauce is very flavorful and filled with Szechuan peppercorn. You can get a good portion for around $10-$12 based on the weight of the food.

One of the more unique options in the NY Food Court - you choose what whatever meat, veggies, etc. you want, they weigh it to price, then cook it all in the back into a dry hot pot, and serve it to you in a giant red bowl! And I meant giant. It’s a nice alternative to preset menu options at the other booths, or perhaps your feeling to get something a bit on the lighter side and make your own balance of hot pot goodies. The best part is the spicy sauce they mix in to cook it. $5 deposit for bringing back the giant bowl.

It is just like hot pot but without the soup. So like stir fry with hot pot ingredients, or dry hot pot. The spiciness is there so if you don't like spicy foods, I would not recommend to get medium or above.
