First time I waited for about 50 minutes. Used the portal, it was never there. Supposed to get my pizza at 6:13pm got it at 7 pm. They said they lost my order. Pizza was very good once I got it. Cashier did put my name in a book for a free pizza. Guy in front of me was there over a hour and 15 minutes and did not get a free one. Never had to wait that long in the past

Pizza was made with some extra love!! I love the extra care they took when they tucked my pizza in the box like a sleeping baby. Ben went above and beyond on taking care of my special requests!

Liam and Isaiah made me a great pizza and I enjoyed it more than anything in the world. I would go there again just to interact with those boys again. 10/10 bc of the pizza and these fine gentleman.

Constantly understaffed and I know the workers don't get compensated enough for dealing with flushing residents when a buisness isn't operating well, nor do they treat their staff particularly well.

People there always have an attitude and there are never hot and ready pizzas ready to go. Latest order I got from here I even overheard the cook in the back complain about making pizza. When we final received our “hot and READY” pizza 10 minutes later we received a thin soggy doughy pizza that just fell apart as we tried to stomach the undercooked pizza. A positive attitude and better management would do wonders for this store and the hungry customers that try to eat there.

Good service, but I always have to ask for fresh bread sticks and specifically ask for them to be a bit undercooked to ensure they aren't overdone and hard.
The pizza is also good, I wish it didn't give me awful heartburn everytime I ate it :(
