The food (club sandwich and salmon and soft cheese sandwich) and drinks were spot on, the service was a little slow. But will definitely be back.

Scotch egg starter was delightful, main course of rump steak cooked to my liking and for dessert I had apple crumble this was OK but not as good as the first 2 courses. Atmosphere was great for dining with friends. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Overall a nice meal.

What a treat. Tea in the outside pod, nice and warm despite the rain. Wonderful service by sanjit. Recommended and did not break the bank.

Popped in for a drink and to look around the hotel with a view to staying later in the year. Lovely staff and a very nice bar and setting.

Cocktails are good but a little bit expensive - as expected for cocktails. The staff are good and friendly and we have been a few times now. Food is from the attached Marco Pierre White so is good but there can be a bit of a wait time involved if there are unexpected parties.

Very comfortable, it has been refurbished throughout the ground floor, the bedrooms all need updating (which they are doing) as they are very old fashioned.
