Great coffee from this Starbucks. I noticed big brands don’t put the effort to make a good coffee, but this is an exception. Didn’t disappoint, right amount of froth, consistency and taste. Please don’t change your ways 👏👏👏

The staff here are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, my drink was made wrong and it was changed instantly, no questions asked. You're able to collect stars and use freebies at this restaurant too, as some places don't let you.

Nice coffee, great service, quick, cannot comment on food as did not eat. Very small in there and never anywhere to sit so usually take out.

Great coffee great service polite friendly staff thoroughly enjoyed the visit there when I went and pleasantly surprised . The only thing wrong with star bucks is the service isn't great and the customer has to get their own drinks and food from counter disappointed in this respect

Had a fantastic coffee today 16/06/2022 !!! Made from the most brilliant staff I've ever known, fabulously friendly, professional, warm and always at hand to help in any way they can. The Folkestone Starbucks in my opinion is one of the best teams you have, thank you for yet another very needed and extremely delectable coffee!!

Great little starbucks in the centre of town. Small wait for my drink around 5mins but not long. My coffee was good and staff were friendly and was a good atmosphere.
They also had a section to take home used coffee grounds for your garden. Love this! So eco and a kind thing to do for their customers
