They may have two AA rosettes, but they deserve a whole bouquet. I have been so excited to eat here with my work and you have managed to live up to the ridiculously high hopes I had built up. 5�s will definitely be visiting again when I've got a bit of extra cash to treat myself

Spent a very pleasant evening at The White Pheasant yesterday evening. The staff were welcoming, polite and attentive but not overbearing. The venue is tasteful and stylishly understated. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The food was delicious and we were particularly impressed by the little extra touches such as the ‘amuse bouche’ which arrived before our starters and the home made passion fruit pastilles served with our coffee. All in all this was a lovely experience and we would heartily recommend it to others. We shall definitely return!
A relaxing atmosphere with a cosy open fire. Super slick service that wasnt rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 course Sunday roast with thick slices of beef and yorkshire puddings to die for, accompanied by a large wine selection. A warm and friendly front of house team that accomodate your every request. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return again for steak night! Thank you White Pheasant team for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Have just got back from the most amazing meal, so good I'm actually going to call it the best meal I've ever had. Attentive (but not intrusive) service from the waiters, the drinks, food, music, everything was perfect. The slow cooked shoulder of Suffolk lamb was to die for and the creamy sauce with the sprouts and bacon was absolutely out of this world! I want to go back and have it all over again but the menu looked so good I cannot wait to try the other dishes. Overall it was a brilliant evening and I can't wait to come back- very soon hopefully! Thanks to all the team front and back of house xx
I can't recommend the white pheasant in Fordham enough. On the rare occasion that we get to go out I really look forward to a nice meal however more often than not I go home thinking it was "ok" but nothing special (maybe I am fussy!) however the food and service here is amazing! The best meal I have had in a long time, maybe ever! will definitely be going back! Thank you to all at the White pheasant who made our evening so enjoyable.

I always find that I’m disappointed when I go out for Sunday lunch. However The White Pheasant, all 3 courses were fantastic. I’m a huge dessert fan my lemon meringue was lovely. A great way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you & we will return very soon.

The White Pheasant has always been a go-to for our special occasions. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The menu is varied and dishes are delicious. The 5-course (with wine pairings) never disappoints and is excellent value for cost. The only slight downside is the lack of parking, only a mild inconvenience.
Dined in one of Cambridge's romantic places to celebrate my birthday. Baby-friendly. Staff were also accommodating to us. We were given a suitable area where my baby can cry all she wanted and not disturb the other guests. Food was presented really well. Not only was the food appetising but you really get your money's worth. So mouth-watering!
Fabulous place! Kept our table for an extra hour due to us being held up by traffic. Lovely menu, fabulous food and amazing service. We will be back. Cannot wait to try the roast dinners!
Absolutely delicious Sunday roast in a warm and welcoming environment. At £22 (plus £1.50 for extra gravy), this isn't the best value for Sunday roasts in the area, but it was very enjoyable. The service was brilliant and we look forward to returning again soon!
We came here for the good ratings. It's indeed very good. Pity we are too full to have the tasting menu, as Thursday has buy one get one half price offer. We loved our beef burger And seafood roulade. Excellent.
I'm sure Kevin and Tammy and their chef will make this lovely pub/restaurant a huge success. Had lunch there today my fish and chips and my partners confit of duck where delicious as was the white Rioja. Would highly recommend.

Went here for Saturday brunch. Very nice pub which was really clean and the staff were extremely friendly. We had the eggs Benedict that were prepared perfect. Met Andrew who works here and was alot of fun to chat with. Watching alot of other delicious looking dishes coming out to other customers makes one plan to revisit this pub / restaurant. Def recommend this place.
Such a lovely restaurant with delicious all day breakfast and friendly staff. Visited for a family get together and made to feel so welcome. Wished we lived closer , we would visit lots.
