The one girl behind the counter maintained her calm despite being short handed and working by herself. She was soon joined by another employee who started checking people out and helping in the veggies & dressing side. I assume she was possibly in break.

They needed to close early for staffing issues and the man behind the counter still made my order for me quickly and kindly. I appreciate it despite the initial frustration he clearly was facing that night. Thank you John, I was very hungry and had walked 30min to get to the only food I could stomach in the area.

It’s the only place close by Central station so it’s good that it’s a good one. I’ve been there a hood few times and it’s been hood every time. They are a lil stingy with their drinks but with all the homeless it’s understandable. Water is hard to come by. Lol Jokes… with that said I must give props to the pretty black woman who did actually let me get a water one of the 2 times I asked. It was crazy hot and my cash app had suddenly been hacked and emptied! Not cool when it’s 107° and your on a bike in downtown Fort Worth and you live in Plano. So Bless You!

It was clean. Kind of a small place in front of the train station. I was there during the lunch rush and didn't have to wait to be served. My friendly server expeditiously prepared and served my sandwich. I ordered, ate, and left. 20 minutes in and out. I will be returning

One of the consistently better run Subway's in town. This location doesn't run out of supplies and the line runs smoothly. Could use a few more smiles behind the counter, the only reason for four stars.

Wonderful service! I ordered using the Subway app and arrived a few minutes early. Not only did the guy at the register apologize for it not being ready, he gave me a free drink! They were crowded, but their employees werer calm and friendly to everyone. What a pleasant surprise! Hey Store Manager: give a raise to the 3 working on 07/30/19 at 1:00 PM. They made my week better!
