If i could give it zero stars i would. Went inside to order my coffee this morning and after waiting a few minutes the girl working at the very edge handing out most of the drinks today asked if i did a mobile order i told her i ordered here. She proceeded to tell me it almost done, she thereafter made me an iced coffee and i had ordered a hot one. I told her when she gave it to me and she told she she thought it was iced bc it had vanilla sweet cold foam. I walked away and gave her time to make the hot coffee, no complaining, but i was late for work for this. And all she did was pour the ice out and i ended up with a cold coffee anyways. How absurd if i had known she’d done that i would token the iced coffee. I never order hot coffees and what a terrible drink this was on my way to work. She needs to get fired ASAP. Veryu professional, i know Starbucks for quality, that was not it.

I have always liked Starbucks. The shift manger at this location is very helpful and she remembers me and my go to drink. Her name is Kimmy and she is a very nice person, and I hope she stays around a long time. I believe that she should be a manager. I will follow her to any Starbucks she goes to, as long as she is in the north west side of Fresno.
