Sonic Drive-in

I ordered the kids 3 wacky pack meals….the food was fine, but I was kind of at a loss for words when she handed me a big bag with everything in it…..sans the toys…. This is totally a first world problem and it seems silly to complain about, but it’s like going to Mc.D’s and everyone’s happy meals being in the same bag…. with no toys… it just doesn’t happen. (Also all the condiments/sweeteners that were meticulously added to each meal were completely ignored, so that was fun. Glad one kid was asleep) 😂 So idk what was going on on there but check your orders, and definitely download the app so you can get happy hour drinks all day. ✌🏽

We had breakfast burritos I had #14. Eggs and bacon and I added sausage. It was very Good.. my daughter had #15 which showed that it contained green and red peppers but none were in it . Mine was better than her's. Tater tots and a cold coffee came with it. Also ordered a order of french toast sticks. Split them between us. Very filling, tasted great. . They are busy with drive thru and drive ups And walk ups. But we wait very long to be served. Worth the price. We will return there.

If I could give no stars it would be too many. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, they never acknowledged that I was there. Drove to the car hop spot , pressed the button, waited at least 5 more minutes, never acknowledged, in the meantime two cars were helped in the drive thru.. I will never go back to this Sonic

I give everyone 3 strikes before I leave a bad review, first two times short staffed out of a lot of items. And 30 minute wait time, this last time just concluded that this place is a joke, wait in line for 30 minutes get to order at 9:58 and the employee said hold on. And at 10:00 exactly he said I’m sorry we’re closed. Did not want to hear me sent me and many others away. I use to work retail we never close if people are coming in close or even right at closing well let them in.

To say that I am disappointed in the level of service is an understatement. My partner brought me to sonic because I was craving a slush. We pull up to the car stall and we were told to go through the drive thu by an attendant. We go to the drive thru and were immediately told “sorry we’re closed for the night” my partner let the individual that we were just told to go through the drive thru. There was silence and he said “hello” and all of the lights get shut off on us. I get off the truck and ask for everyone’s names, the girl asks why and I told her because the level of service was appalling. She immediately tries to recover by saying she’s the manager on duty and proceeds to tell me the “oil” is being replaced. I then repeated back how bad it looks as a manager on her that they shut the lights off on customers after being told to go through the drive thru. When asked for the general managers name she said “I’m not allowed to give that Information”. Had the manager initially apologized for the miscommunication we wouldn’t have been upset. It was the disrespect for the customer, lack of ownership and lack of professionalism that earned this location 1 star.

Wouldn't let you order from the kiosk. When we went and asked they had us drive all the way around despite the fact that we had already parked and were seated outside. When we got to the ordering machine they finally told us all their ice cream machines for making milkshakes were broken. Table also so dirty your arm came away black.

Recently, everytime i go by around 9 o'clock the drive thru is closed and most of the machines are broken.. They need to update the open hrs on Google since they are always closed by 8:30 when Google says 10. Food is also inconsistent with the mozzarella stick being cold half the time. Gave up on this location.
