Absolutely disgusting, first time going to the Fresno location and midway through my salad I noticed a hair in my food. I called the restaurant back and they demanded I take the salad back so the manager can see it. I didn’t see the point of driving all the way back to show them their mistake in exchange for another salad. There was no way I am going to eat anything else from there and I asked for my money back. The manager said they can’t accept returns for food but needs me to return the salad. Again, for what reason I am not sure. Terrible attitude and absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Will not be eating here ever again.

After an evening of last minute christmas shopping on christmas eve, it was getting late and came across frosty queen as i was heading home. Bought everyone in my household one of there biggest burger combos and they did not fail to deliver. The burger had over five patties, yes five! Which is insane compared to other fast food chains. I had to squeeze the burger to sorta fit in my my mouth. Me and my family were all joking as to its massive size. Definitely had a good experience and the portion you get over price makes me want to come back and try out other things on there menu.

This place is great! The food is amazing and delicious, and the service is friendly and consistent. It's worth the money you pay for the portions and service you receive. We have been here a few times and have never been let down. Food is always hot, fresh, and consistently the same. I would encourage everyone to visit this restaurant you won't be disappointed.

Drive-thru was really slow fries and burger have very little flavor. I purchased a strawberry parfait, avocado burger and a small fry for $13.83. I've had better for less money. Appears to be the local spot and if it's the local hangout then that means that the food is worthwhile to other people.

They had ran out of strawberry shake mix. You will always have to wait for your order but this time being that it was a shake I didn't understand the wait, but the young lady waited as the shipment came in and made a chocolate and strawberry shake. I was surprised by it and thankful. It was very yummy

Freezes are my favorite things they have here. They offer an orange fries or a root beer freeze, which is pretty much either of those sodas blended with vanilla ice cream. So it's either like drinking a 50-50 Bar or a root beer float it's literally the best thing ever. They also have chili cheese pastrami fries that are absolutely delicious. Their prices are fair and the staff is always nice and has a smile for me. I have gone pretty much every day since I found out about this place which is over 4 months ago LOL you would not be wrong to try this place I recommended to everybody. Try it and support these guys

Their hamburgers smells and tastes like fish. I called to tell them and they gave me attitude. Second time this happened. This place was good, but now it seems like they're are slowing down on they're cleanliness, quality and customer service.

Poor service my dad finish his milk shake. And for my order was not given to me it took about 30 min. People got there after us and got there food first. I should of learn my lesson while back when they served me a raw chicken dinner the first time I went there. But I just want to see if service and food changed but I guess not. Never again going back there. And not recommending this place ro no one.
