I thought the the service was excellent, the temperature of the coffee was spot on, we had toast with marmalade another good choice,
The rest area was clean and tidy, if I could do one change I would get thicker cushions for the chairs at the tables , so to have a more comfortable seating.

While in Frinton stopped for a coffee before heading home. Although busy service was good. It has a nice feel about it. Will go back when in Frinton again.

Only had a flat white, first timer! Coffee was lovely and was nice and airy with good seating, nicely spread out. Friendly staff.

Great venue for a coffee but the seating could use a clean. Sticky chocolate on a couple of worn seats.

Lovely for a quick catch up with my sister. Nice to have a change from the gluten free chocolate brownie! 9nly criticism is that I wasn't given a plate with my gluten free Flapjack. "Normal" cakes looked nice.

Really friendly and helpful! My husband left his coffee too long and it had gone cold. I asked if it could be re heated but they insistrd in making him a fresh one. Really lovely left a nice tip!

This is probably the cleanest and friendliest Costa I've ever been to thought-out the UK sites I've visited.
Yeah it's fairly new but how many Costa cafes aren't?
The staff seem to care, and each time I've been in or through the drive through I've had great efficient service. If you're in and around Colchester - give it a whirl.

I am a bit of a regular here - It's clean, comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Coffees are good and the internet connection is fast. A great addition to Frinton's high street.
