Sturgate Cafe - Gainsborough - Photo album

Enjoyed my visit. Friendly staff. Nice clean place. Good food at a reasonable price. It was nice to dry off and warm up a bit. Good views over the airfield and will be lovely on flying days.
Nice simple cheap eats in a nice location. Will use again.
What a great little place, staff were superbly helpful, I was on a motorbike and got a flat tyre and the lady making the food was very helpful, the chaps with the plans equally so attempting to find a pump to get some air in it. Food was nice and what you would expect from a cafe.
Lovely little airport with on site portacabin cafe. The food is simple but good, the coffee is wet but instant. It's enjoyable to watch the planes and other events in the summer months. Can get incredibly busy with big events and struggles to cope with the demands. Does the most amazing cheesecake
Great food and staff managed well with all the orders that was thrown there way and didn't wait to long for food all fed and water within 1/2 hour
What a little gem this cafe is. We had no idea it was there until we parked up to watch planes. The aero Cheesecake was lush. Will return at a lunch time for a meal. Highly recommend as way to spend an hour.
Good basic breakfast, service simple, tea bag in mug but no where to put it and long life single portion milk. Good price reflected in the previous comments.
A nice cafe on a airfield. Good value for money. Nice food. The indoor space is a bit limited but plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is good. Plenty of parking space. An interesting place to stop for coffee or food.
Fantastic little gem, food is always fresh and delicious, staff are welcoming and polite. The car night was fantastic, would love more like it. Loathe to recommend as it is our place to go, however cannot find one thing to not recommend about it.
Lovely setting, good coffee, good seating area. What more could you want?
What a surprise !! Lovely little cafe overlooking the airfield. Good prices and food freshly cooked. Open 10.30 until 14.45 , 7 days a week. A bit off the beaten track , but well worth searching out. Would definitely recommend a visit 😁
We were made very welcome and the food was fantastic and good value for money will definitely be going again πŸ˜€
Having being a private pilot myself I know airfield cafes are a hidden gems and this one is no exception. Driving past, my tummy told me to pop in. Never been to this one before but got a warm welcome from the locals and they did a great bacon and egg butty, or as they call them here, cob. Great pri
Sturgate airfield cafΓ© is an excellent oasis in the middle of nowhere. The parking is good, the food is excellent, and the prices are good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had the chilli which was really nice thanks. If you are in the area it's worth the visit.
Great menu, freshly cooked food and very reasonably priced. It’s a pleasant place to have a spot of breakfast or lunch whilst watching some light aircraft take off and land. Plenty of seats inside and out and a safe place to take children. Ample parking on site and disabled friendly. I highly recomm
Good tea, lovely muffin.
Good food cheese cake very good at a good honest price πŸ˜‹
Friendly, helpful, efficient staff, food was great nothing to much trouble, lovely sitting outside watching planes, helicopters coming and going. Would definitely go again and tell my friends. πŸ˜€
