We travel down from Newtongrange easier now with the railway. It is the best Indian restaurant in the Lothian and borders. The food is 1st class and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommended.
Fabulous meal once again !! Never fails to satisfy !! Even opted for veggie option tonite ! Veg korma ! Totally delicious ! Peshwari Naan just 'to die for' !!!! Hubby had other extreme ! Vindaloo !! No matter where he tries always comes away saying "No one does it as well as Shish" !!!
Been a few times with our Gentlemens Dining Club and the food never disappoints
Top quality Indian food but beware of the extra large naan breads - they taste ever so good but uses up space so finishing a dish us hard work!
Lovely buffet served up on a Sunday, good choice of dishes. Reasonably priced too.

Nice Indian restaurant. The good is good, could be a bit spicier but that is my personal predisposition. Tuesdays and Thursdays is buffet night for 14 pounds/person. If you are close to this place and want an Indian dinner you certainly cannot go wrong here.

Excellent food. Found on the way to Edinburgh on the A7. Great service plus great free parking just round the corner. Will remember this place.
