The food is always a delight, cooked to perfection. The front of house staff are attentive without being obtrusive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is excellent, happy smiling faces everywhere. Thanks team for the best food in town… Really good meal !
After the meal we bought a lovely loaf of bread to our house …..well …... It was very flavorful and great for dipping in olive oil or any other sauce for that matter. The bread completely blew me away with how good it tasted. I can't wait to use it as a side dish with dinner or as a snack between meals.Honestly I stopped buying from supermarket.

I enjoyed Paolos Italian. The food was excellent and the restaurant clean and well presented. I would go there again without hesitation.
Stopped here by chance as we were briefly in the area. Had a really enjoyable late lunch. The menu was so enticing, was nice to see such a varied selection of authentic Italian food. That said it made it really difficult choose so I feel I'll have to return again at a later date. All I n all this was a great wee find, friendly service and fantastic food.
Been here many times. Food is always great. It's good to have somewhere nice you can take the kids or have a meal for 2.
We travelled 40 mins to Paulo's, specifically to support them, as they had a recent online fraud/blackmail attempt and we have mutual Italian friends. So we didn't have any expectations necessarily. But the food was gorgeous!! the service polite, friendly, but unobtrusive. My wife had pasta with orange as a main, which is genius, inspired. My main was the ravioli, also gorgeous. We didn't realise in advance that as we'd booked a table/time, we got 50% off our mains, so effectively one main course for free. Atmosphere is difficult to judge at lunchtime, as it's naturally quiet. We'll be going back, for sure.

Visited here on a local's recommendation. Very good pizza and many tempting options on the vast menu. The owner (Paulo) was very friendly and attentive but other staff seemed a bit offish, probably as it was so busy. Had to sit for maybe 30 minutes before drink order was taken but that's my only complaint and I do recommend highly
NO word of a lie, I've lived here for 7 years and only just discovered this place. The BEST restaurant around here. I was sick of bining most takeaways but this food is just too good. The portions are massive and so so tasty. Second to none to be honest.
The food was fantastic, the flavour was amazing❤️I have OCD so just the toppings weren't placed evenly only a personal minor thing🤣besides my own inconvenience amazing is all I can say, book online to receive half price for pizza and pasta only on the main menu Mon-Wed please tell them when you arrive you have half price reservation, sometimes it might not show on the bill so do speak up if it's not discounted on your bill❤️

Absolutely delicious fresh food that comes from here every single time! Highly highly recommend, if you need something to eat then definitely pop in or order a take out. You will be so surprised with the authenticity of Italian food! Been here a few times, will definitely order more again in future.

I have been going to Scotland for many years and this year the way home was via Galashiels. Here I found a wonderful Italian restaurant which is definitely worth a mention. The food, the service and the ambience were convincing on all points. This little restaurant is the reason why I will always travel via Galashiels from 2023. Excellent food..went off the recommendation of the waiter for a pizza I wouldn't have ordered myself and it was superb . Only criticism is it wasn't sliced . Lovely place though
