Can't comment on the hotel side of things. But for a pub and the food 5 stars. Try the Thai menu. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Other food just as good. The owners and the staff are friendly and welcoming which really makes a difference in a pub.

We used the Hussar for a function (wake), the buffet was excellent and service was outstanding. Dave and Michelle made us all feel welcome at a time of sadness . Would definitely recommend the Hussar for party's, functions etc.

Me and my partner stayed at an Airbnb nearby and came here for lunch. We were absolutely pleased with the customer service of the landlady and actually stayed for quite a few drinks. The food was spectacular but the service alone is enough for us to want to come back again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Local family PUB. Lovely outdoor area. We booked for the Thai evening meal for 6 people. The lovely chef came out to meet us personally , we ordered through the menu , everything we ordered was amazing. Tasty well cooked food. Thank you " Hussar " we had a great evening.

Have been here a few times now and since it has been taken over by the new landlord and land lady it has much improved, with live bands,footy and food, the place has now got a lovely atmosphere and an enclosed beer garden at the back with swing, climbing frame etc for the kids.

Last minute Sunday Roast booking. The food was second to none as was the service. Food was fresh, generation portions and really tasty. Would highly recommend if you like and authentic roast dinner. Definitely will be back
