I came to do some shopping with my Grandma and Grandad at the metro centre today and stopped at TGI Fridays. We had the chicken fingers and they tasted delicious. They where piping hot and came with chips and a selection of sauces. The atmosphere was good sat on a booth and the team of staff were brilliant. 9/10 I fully recommend.
Sesame chicken strips and jack Daniel’s sauce. Unbelievable! Meals are slightly more expensive than your average place, but well worth it. TGI’s will always be a favourite of ours, and I’d recommend it to any one.
Food was delicious, and it has been a long time since I have been and still lived up to expectations. Had a combo for starter and chicken quesadilla main with salad.
Service let us down a bit, table wasn't prepared properly and had to chase for cutlery and drinks. I know they were busy but could get sufficient staff for prices paid to give a service to remember.
I got the burrito and my daughter the Wings and chips we both thought it was tasty. had dessert and drinks plenty choices 😋 we love it here
There's milkshakes and birthday desserts which come with a candle for a very good price 😁
It was a very good experience. Although we didn't have a reservation, they let us in within 20min.
The staff are very friendly, to the extent that the manger came to take our order due the high volume of people.
We ordered chicken fingers, cheeseburger, and boneless chicken wings. The chicken fingers dish was fine, like frozen chicken fingers that are sold in the supermarket. The cheeseburger and boneless chicken wings were good though.
Had a table booked for 12 people for a Friend's Birthday meal. The food was delicious for most of us apart from 1/2 little issues but they were quickly resolved by a friendly and funny manager. The wait time for our food was quite a while as a couple had came in, ate and left while we were still waiting. However the atmosphere and free soft drink refills kept us going. Overall the food was nice and the staff were friendly and even sang their little version of Happy Birthday. Definitely a nice place to eat after a day at the Metro Centre.
Kerry W was amazing, I was dining alone and was very apprehensive but the service was amazing and made me feel better, food was delicious
The food was good and the atmosphere was very conducive towards creating an enjoyable family dining environment. The most memorable aspect of the visit was the impeccable service from Mel, our waitress. She was professional, friendly and helpful which really impressed us greatly. Once we'd spoken to Mel's manager, it became obvious that he clearly sets high standards for his staff to attain as he was equally very customer service driven.
Recommended.
We visited TGI Fridays after shopping in the Metro Centre as we wanted some American food. While its food is not quite the same as the ones in America, it’s still worth a visit.
