Five Guys Gateshead - Gateshead - Photo album

Fabulous experience and burgers. Staff were so lovely and helpful - guided us through our first time ordering and explained to us how the free toppings worked. We loved the way the drinks machine worked! You can filter by sugar-free and caffeine-free easily and the top ups are unlimited. The burgers
First time I have ever visited 5 guys and I'm definitely impressed. The staff were helpful explaining the order process, and also assisted my wife moving things around to accommodate my wheelchair. The burger and chips were the best I've eaten in a long time, and the banana milkshake was amazing.
Food was nice for what it was but it wasn't amazing. I think it's a bit overpriced especially since it was £30+ for two burgers, one portion of chips and two regular drinks. My son enjoyed it which is what matters but don't think we'll be making regular visits
Amazing service today from Kate on the counter. Walked us through the menu and explained all of the options. We even got a free milkshake that had been made as part of somebody's training, nice touch. The seating area was spotless, toilets immaculate and the food... Best burger I've eaten... Ever. W
This has never been a cheap meal but it is a real treat. Believe it or not, I had a hot dog! Anyway, my 11 year old boy loves the food and I have to help the wife eat all the chips. Happy faces all round, despite my wallet feeling much lighter! Oh, the milkshakes make it for me. 🏆
This was my first time trying 5 guys burgers, heard lots about them and needed to see if it was true. It was very true, this is quite possibly the best burger I have ever had,
This place is a regular fast food joint who do really nice comfort foods. However, I particularly like one of the servers because he goes above and beyond whenever I visit. I don't know his name but he has to be one of the best I've ever come across when it comes to customer service. Once, my son ha
Nice place. Manager (Irish fella) was 1st class. One of the best 5 guys I've been in.
Brilliant experience, staff are all so helpful and friendly. Lady who served us was very pleasant, even said if you run out of fries just let us know! Young man working there automatically ran over to move chairs around for my Mam’s wheelchair. When we asked if it was ok to get a few more fires, he
Burgers are always the same (pretty good!) Waiter was a little off, and the music's too loud. One of the better fast food joints
The best fast food you can get prices are on the high side (paid £55 for 3 burgers, 3xchips, 3drinks and a hotdog) and accessibility to tables with a buggy was hard but overall 4 stars.
We love going here for the burgers, not a cheap place to eat, but a lovely treat every now and again! I love the amount of drink choices you can have, loads of toppings to choose from. Definitely will be returning!
One of my favourite places in the Metro Centre, prices are quite high but as a treat its well worth it. Make sure you share a fries otherwise you'll find your putting them in the trash. Also, have a try of one of the milk shakes, fantastic!
Called in with my grandson. We are both veggie but enjoyed the veg sandwich and find it a plus that you can choose toppings rather than them be included automatically. I do find it a little expensive. Staff pleasant and helpful.
