Nando's Metro Centre - Qube

Nando's Metro Centre - Qube offers exceptional food and excellent customer service. We went for the whole chicken sharing platter with four sides. Kudos to the chef - we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and couldn't have made it better ourselves. The best grilled chicken is actually spicy? (something you don't get often in England) and very flavorful; it's a fantastic place. Undoubtedly one of the best halal restaurants in Newcastle.

Customer service was above and beyond from the whole team working here, a shout out to Katie who made very good recommendations and was very informative regarding the food. We had a lovely experience being our first time eating here. The waiter explained everything to us and the app was really easy to use for ordering our food and drinks. We ordered a platter for two with ciders and it came to just over £35. The chicken was tender, and very rightly spiced for my delicate taste buds. They have an array of other spicy sauces for those less delicate. Obviously a very popular restaurant as we queued (less than ten minutes) to get in but only had a short wait for our food. We did have a problem with a knife shortage when we collected our cutlery but your staff quickly rectified that who I must say never stopped the whole time we were in there, hats off to you all, great job.

Staff were great and so was the food, think the attention to details could be looked at though, menus covered in sauce from previous customers, salt shakers were empty on our table and 3 of the surrounding tables, nothing major wrong with the place but it's the little things that can give someone the ick
