Not have any fresh hot chocolate inside hotel chocolate for a while until I found this branch. (Last time was in Glasgow 4-5 years ago!) The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The 75% dark chocolate was lovely with the cream, tasted perfect!!I would go back for more sitting in drinks!

One of the best milkshakes I had. The milkshakes are really "More Cocoa Less Sugar" the whip cream is lush. Staff friendly and polite. Shop very clean.

Marked down a star as I needed some assistance when purchasing a velvetiser and after asking a question across the store I felt I received a sarcastic answer and laugh as if I should have known the answer. Anyways spoke to another lady who was super friendly and helped me choose the correct colour I was looking for which led to my purchase.

The best hot chocolate in the world ever!! My friend introduced me to this in John Lewis in Oxford Street London and I’ve never stopped talking about it since, I took my husband there tonight as he’d never had one before and he also thought it was amazing hot chocolate! Next time I need to try the dark with some whipped cream on top! Delicious!

I'm so happy that our local shop is now a cafe aswell!! We visited and took away a hot chocolate and brownie and was not disappointed! We just went for a small but the chocolate is so pure and rich that you really don't need anything more. We opted for the salted caramel brownie which was also delicious, definatley a must everytime I go to the metrocentre now
Just had one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. Christine was amazing, demonstrating their velvetiser, she had great recommendations and above all was extremely lovely. Definitely will be coming here for all my chocolate-y present needs if everyones service is as great as hers.
It theres some way the company can reward her, they should!
Delighted with our visit today. Purchased some additional flavours for the velvetiser, with a huge range now available. It's nice that the store now also has a cafe, so you can sample the chocolate with a coffee if you like. Very polite staff and highly recommended.
Chocolate, coffee and ice-cream! A bit of a suprise at first to discover that on top of the famous chocolates they also serve coffee and ice-cream both to sit in or takeaway. As a treat it is worth going to.
