Can't recommend LC Artisan highly enough! Ordered afternoon tea for a family celebration, Ronnie and Kate are just so easy and pleasant to deal with, very accomodating on a couple of last minute changes, and the food is just fantastic! The patisserie is beautifully presented and tastes amazing. And great value for money! Thank you again guys!! ��

Attended a birthday party catered by Lewis and Clarke. The food was excellent, imaginative and delicious! I also ordered desserts for Christmas and New Year which were brilliant and beautiful. White Chocolate cheesecake is to die for! The sorbet and ice creams I ordered were also amazing. Will be ordering more in the future.
Used Lewis & Clarke to cater my husband's 40th birthday party yesterday and they were absolutely superb. Food was delicious, so tasty and my guests were all raving about it. Helped to make the night even better.
Perfect touches of star wars on the desserts, with chocolate darth vaders and a choc mousse death star. Could not ask for better. Would absolutely recommend their services. Thank you.
White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry mousse and the most delicate chocolate butterfly on top, also some tubs of honeycomb ice cream and raspberry sorbet, loved by all and delivered direct to the lodge we were staying in. Made a good weekend even better, delicious. Thanks. Will definitely have another order in soon.
Lewis & Clarke made our lovely sorbets for our wedding this summer. Their delicious strawberry sorbet to go with our dessert, and a fantastic Prosecco & Elderflower sorbet, which we served on its own as an intermediate. Both were so tasty, and multiple guests commented on how lovely & refreshing they were - you can really tell that they are made fresh. Thanks ladies...we'll definitely be back for more!
Lewis & Clarke Artisan Kitchen did the catering for our private party (12 people). They did an amazing job! Excellent selection of food - delicious and there was plenty of it. Fantastic value! :-)

Just had the most fabulous desserts after a long day in the cold. Cannot describe in words how good these creations of perfection were but from the eclair to the carrot cake the lemon meringue to the cheesecake NOT a crumb was left and everyone wishes there was just ONE MORE BITE!

We live overseas and ordered several of Lewis and Clarke’s Christmas hampers. The quality of the product, value for money, presentation and service were all outstanding.
We have sent many hampers over the years and the feedback from our families were that these were outstanding. We particularly liked that all of the produce was locally sourced. We will definitely be using them again.

A lovely coffee shop with amazing food both sweet and savoury. The girl who served us today couldn't do enough for us. We had afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious. There was so much food we couldn't finish it all so we were given a lovely little box to take the rest home. Will definitely be back.

We visited for Afternoon Tea and it was fantastic. They have a lovely selection of savoury items and sweet treats that are a little different from the usual.
Everything is made with excellent quality ingredients.
Fantastic staff and food, what is not to like.
Saw a few pictures on fbk so thought it'd make a great target for a weekend visit, definitely a good choice. Obviously different during lockdown but everything spotlessly clean and everyone queued happily in the sunshine. Lady serving us was absolutely lovely and you could tell she was really proud of her shop and her food. Had a lobster sandwich, which was worth the drive by itself, sausage roll and a couple of the best cinnamon buns ever! Sat out on a park bench enjoying the food and watching the three or four thousand cyclists that passed through Gifford that half hour.

A fantastic wee coffee shop, with a hell.of a menu for the size. Comfortable and pristine finished, it's a great wee hideaway to spend time after a walk or over their coffee and cakes.

I ordered french toast with bacon which was delicious, light soft and perfectly savoury. My partner ordered a bacon and cheese toastie which was absolutely perfect l, thick slices of ham, delicious bread and good cheese.
The service is so pleasant and friendly, it's instantly become my new favourite cafe and we will be back as soon as we can! Thank you.

My friends and I visited for the first time after hearing great things about it - we weren't disappointed! Had a delicious brunch (French toast & bacon delicious!) and great coffee too. Glad we booked a table as it was really busy (Thurs 12th Jan). Thanks to the lovely staff - I'll definitely be back 😀

Lovely shop in the heart of Gifford. No time on our visit to sit down and enjoy, but by the friendliness of the staff and owner, no reason to doubt their commitment to great service.

A really nice place for a coffe and cake or light lunch. The quality of the food is spectacular. The service is friendly and fast. Nice selection of local products on sale too.

Stopped here on a bike ride and had an absolutely divine coronation chicken sandwich, sourdough bagel with smoked trout and cream cheese, and SUPERB pistachio and cardamom bun and a scone with clotted cream and jam. Fantastic coffee too. Produce very well sourced and used beautifully. Staff very friendly. Would stop here again and it is worth a detour!
First visit and a great experience. Chilli Beef Nachos, Coronation Chicken on Toasted Sourdough and a toastie. Generous helpings and very tasty. Finished off with a coffee and Cinnamon Bun. Friendly staff and good service. Looking forward to a return visit.
Found this place whilst looking for somewhere new to take our auntie for lunch as we're all foodies and love good food. Have to say the food was amazing and the cakes gorgeous - we took a few home for the weekend. It's such a treat to find a small artisan place like this and so close to where she lives. We'll definitely be back again soon.
Really lovely lunch. As a regular cyclist round East Lothian I’m normally a Lantern Rouge guy but as I was out walking with my wife we fancied a change. Definitely an option for a slightly posher lunch. The takeaway cakes were divine as well!
Amazing artisan cafe run by 2 lovely ladies. Great food freshly prepared and nicely thought out menu. Cakes and patisserie to die for! Best latte for miles around! Fab choice of deli products too including local produce 👌
