The Queens Head

Sunday breakfast is great at the Queens Head. There's a decent menu and it's all rather well prepared. If you like a regular English then you'll be treated to good sausages, thick bacon etc. This is not the trucker pitstop fare that leaves an oily plate. The Queens Head is large and airy inside and the service is always friendly. We all enjoyed a very pleasant, relaxed breakfast and we'll certainly pop back again.

Great service and fantastic food. The prices are great value for excellent quality too. It’s always a great experience & the food is full of flavour which tastes clean & healthy every time. The venue is clean and very well presented and the atmosphere is also very welcoming. Whilst dining here you get the sense that the whole team care about your visit. The attention to detail applied shows maximum effort and that’s just one reason why it’s so good!

Great food, friendly staff, lively atmosphere. And prices more than reasonable. What I like most is that, yes this is pub grub but with a real twist. The menu is reasonably extensive but not so much that you suspect that everything is just microwaved. It tastes like freshly-cooked food, and the quality is superb

A lovely pub to pop into if you want a quick pub grub menu. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and we didn't have to wait very long after ordering. A good choice of food on offer. It's clean and tidy inside and plenty of seating outside in nice weather. Plus a medium size carpark. Also has the Meerkat meal deals Mon- Thurs. Can get a little busy/loud in the pub side from the ' blokes' popping in after work, but that said it is a pub and not a restaurant for quiet romantic meal. 😉 What I also liked is if you're watching the calories, each meal has it printed on the menu.
