Zaxby's

Didn’t like the food. Staff was clearly stressed with one person trying to work while everyone else passed the buck. Clearly disorganized. Major spill on the floor while “cleaned up” was a slip hazard on half the restaurant floor. Only lady trying to save the situation was the cashier and she was so frustrated that it was coming through in her demeanor and tone towards me when I ordered. My sister and myself both agreed that we are fine not to eat at a Zaxby’s again. Also, the music was so loud even in the bathroom. Turn it down.

Edit to add: The young worker named drew however was very kind to everyone, and honestly deserves recognition for being the ONLY employee here tonight with a positive attitude. Update: a female employee is now yelling at another coworker saying “this is why I should have called out eff this place” we won’t be back, we can’t eat in peace because of the choice of children and adults this place has hired. usually try not to leave bad reviews but I feel this needs to be addressed. We are currently here in zaxbys, and the employees seemed to be very rushed and disorganized. I completely understand the stress of working fast food, however under no circumstance is it okay to take out that frustration on people doing nothing more than coming to eat. They had a few people come up to the counter because the order was incorrect. We also went to the counter twice for sauces they forgot which is okay no big deal. After everyone was seated several workers were very loudly talking really bad on costumers even while we are still here in the dining room. The employee chloe who was working front and took orders had yelled out “can people do anything themselves, like not come up to the counter begging us to fix their life problems” in which several other employees laughed at. It’s very tempting to go up here and cuss all of them out considering we were very kind to them and even complimented the crew after another lady yelled at them, we were just trying to ease the tension. But these loud rude comments about those that are eating in here was completely uncalled for, they even had a gentleman banging on the door and I had to let him in because he was just standing outside of the door that was locked, he was coming in from break, he yelled out “if y’all want me to go home, I’ll gladly go the “f*ck”home” I don’t care about cussing it’s the blatant rudeness and disrespect. We won’t be coming back. Which is sad considering the food was half decent and we order here frequently. Please be more mindful of the people you hire.

Hello I just ate at zaxby’s in Glasgow ky today at lunch. I ordered the black blu salad. While eating it my bite had something extremely hard in it! I instantly thought a chicken bone but when I spit it out imagine my shock when it was a red paper clip!! After talking to the manger who acted shocked and wanted me to send a picture I was talking to a friend. Well apparently earlier in the week someone at her work found a green paper clip on her salad!!! So once okay sometimes strange things happen…2 times it’s an issue!!
