The service is pretty horrendous. Most tables got up to get their own straws, bowls, napkins, etc. They could have been short staffed, but the restaurant doesn’t seem to get too busy during the week days. The food is great. The Bento Box is the best deal. It was delicious. Yum yum sauce is the best.

Absolutely disappointed, not in the food but with the staff and establishment. Will probably not be going back. We decided to have lunch, I'm a single mom and to splurge on such an expensive lunch much less a meal is a big deal. We arrived at 1:50, had only been there one time before and had never set on the grill side and did not know that they closed for 2 hours during the day. We were seated and asked if they could explain how their menu works and was told to wait until the cook explained it. No mention of them closing. We finally ordered and food was brought out at about 2:10. Was cooked and handed to us as soon as it was done cooking they brought us to go containers and turned out the lights in the dinning room, no explanation except they had been closed for 30 minutes and it was only 2:15 at that point. We left and owed $70 for lunch for 2 people which we had to take home and eat cold. Very disappointed.

I've been here 3 times now in the last few months and service in the dining area is horrific. Seating people at tables not yet cleaned, menus torn and dirty, put in for a roll to get started and they hold it from being brought until the rest of your order is taken and made, apps come without plates, and server doesn't check on you, you have to go find him or somebody else when you need something. Next time we'll ask to be seated at a Hibachi table to see if it improves. The food is good, but OMG, nigiri is $4/single piece, twice of ANYWHERE else.

Our Sunday family lunch didn’t end so well. It was not overly busy and we had high hopes. Unfortunately, the establishment fell WAY SHORT. We ordered 3 hibachi meals and a bento box. The salad was wilted, soup was lukewarm, and the salmon in the bento box was undercooked (so much so, it was sent back to be cooked more). The bill was high…(no compensation for the undercooked meat as well) and on top of it all, two of us are sick from the food. We will NOT return to this location.
