If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order at 7:15 with a confirmed pickup time of 7:45-7:50. I arrived at the Glasgow, KY location parking lot at 7:55. The lobby doors were locked and there were 9 cars in the drive thru. All of them pulled through because no one ever answered the speaker. Knowing my order was already paid for, I waited patiently as the cars one by one left the parking lot without any food. At 8:15, I pulled up to the window after getting no answer on the speaker. A young man opened the window. I informed him I had an online order. He closed the window, grabbed my pizza, sat it on the counter. 4 minutes later, the employee handed my pizza out and walked away. The pizza was COLD. It wasn't hot or even warm. I had 5 hungry children with me. So, I took the loss and left with the pizza because it seemed that there was no concern by the employees. I have to say, I have never been so disappointed in quality of service and product as this. I think I may have been better off to buy frozen pizza. The temperature was not far off. Also... the crazy bread was just a big wad of bread.

Order was not ready on time. I waited for 45 minutes to find out the last pizza was lost. Did not receive the side items and had to ask for them. While I waited for my pizza the rest of the order was cold by the time the last pizza came out. I ask for a discount and the assistant manager said that was not an option. Over all this was not a good experience and I will probably not be back.

I have had wonderful experiences at this store before. But after tonight we will never go back. I was not treated great, on top of having people who came in after us get food before us. We even called in, but our pizza is cold and has no sauce on it. My pizza was cut really weird as well. I was also handed the wrong food twice.

I was a walk-in. I looked at the menu board and said, "I want the pizza with the black olives." I was told that is the ultimate supreme. No mention that the pizza didn't actually come with the olives. So I ordered the pizza. I make the 20 min drive home and find there are no olives on my pizza. When I called to say I didn't get the right order I was informed that I did because I didn't pay extra for the olives. I would have gladly paid extra if I was informed at first. So instead of fixing THEIR mistake they want me to make another 40 minute round trip so they can make a new pizza and charge me for those olives. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The pizza portal is a complete waste of time if you order a custom pizza. They prepared the wrong pizza. Twice. The management did give me a comp order of crazy bread and sauce for the mix up and long wait, which was appreciated, but I don't plan on trying to use the portal again. Edit:I'm downgrading to a 1 star after trying to order in drive thru. Told it would be about 10 minutes on an extra most bestest with cheese sticks. Came inside after 20 minutes of waiting. Pizza wasn't even started. Still waiting after 30 minutes. When they finally give me my "Extra Most Bestest" it is a normal sausage. Done going here.
