Papa Johns Pizza

YOU HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!! 😭 My family & I have eaten here many times over the last several years; however it seems they're having problems with being able to keep decent help. The last few times I've been there these are some of the things that have happened: 1) My order was processed incorrectly, my pizza didn't have the ordered ingredients. 2) I was trying to get a receipt for my purchase but I had to talk to 3 different people to get my receipt. The cashier was LOOPY & DITSY unable to follow even the simplest instructions resulting in my having to talk to 2 others to get my receipt. 3) FINALLY got my receipt but it had the WRONG NAME & WASN'T EVEN MY ORDER!! 😖 REALLY GLAD I CHECKED IT BEFORE WALKING OUT THE DOOR. 4) Even when ordering ahead 20-25 minutes resulted in me having to stand & wait to receive my food. 5) They've tried to charge me for ingredients that WERE NOT on my pizza but had been ordered to be included on my pizza. Folks, this seems to be an almost epidemic problem nowadays; however I've noticed OTHER RESTAURANTS I've been to have risen to the occasion & still provide EXCELLENT SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY Papa Johns IS NOT one of them.

Really good pizza.. we hadn't had Papa's in a long time... So when I asked for parmesan, to be told they don't have parmesan... I was confused as the menu has it. Also, no anchovies are carried here. So my small pizza was just oh so plain... However, everyone agreed, it tasted good. The epic stuffed crust was enjoyed by all mammal eaters.

9.5 times out of 10 this is going to be the best pizza you can get in Barren County. It's a very rare occurrence to get a pizza that is overcooked or undercooked. Fantastic flavor and options. Don't forget their manager Tony Robertson who is the heart and soul of the restaraunt, a friendly familiar face who you know is going to treat you right.

Ordered $55.00 worth of pizza and cheesesticks on a Saturday afternoon. Online order said 30 to 40 minute pick-up time. Staff have no control over this... walked in after 40 minutes and the order was not ready. Staff visibly stressed but maintaining composure. Cashier was very apologetic that it was going to be several more minutes before my order was done. Meanwhile the place was filling with not so happy customers. Most of them just had grumpy looks on their faces but you could see no one was happy. Staff continued to work hard to get orders into the oven and treated each customer very well despite complaints they had no control over. Pizzas were cooked perfectly and they threw in extra sides for our inconvenience. Not once did I hear any of the Staff complain because they were overwhelmed. Will visit hear again, but maybe not at peak weekend times.

I ordered a pepperoni epic stuft crust pizza online well when I got home it only had pepperoni in the crust but when I looked online and was ordering it the pizza had pepperoni in the stuft crust and as a topping on the pizza. I called to talk to a person about this and they said it doesn't come with pepperoni and that I would have to add it as a topping and pay for the extra topping nowhere did I see online that it Say I have to add pepperoni on that pizza. I told them this was misleading and the worker told me they do not know why corporate does that told me I got what I ordered then hung up on me. I feel as if I was lied to and disrespected and nobody wants to do anything to fix this issue if it doesn't come with pepperoni then why does it show it online that it has pepperoni on it. This needs to be addressed as I am not a happy customer

I went in for a job interview the co owner stated I would be called back to come in later that week. On the day I was to return I got a message stating I was over qualified to work there. Alot of places just like this establishment state they are hiring and can't get anyone that's ready and willing to learn work for them but turn people away for no good reason or straight out lie during the process. Being honest goes along way.
