Captain D's

Food was good but for the price of mac n cheese, they are skimpy. I used a coupon and they tried to hassel me because it was expired by a few days. The chicken was fresh but pieces were small, fries were hot and fresh...but the mac n cheese made me want to cry lol everything pictured in photo was a little over 7 dollars. In my opinion, it wasn't enough food for the price.

Normally, I would give captain D's a five star rating. Before yesterday, we always had great experiences with the place. yesterday's experience makes me wish there was a zero star option. Yesterday, two of us went in and ordered the two piece catfish meal. I was blown away by how small the pieces of catfish were. And how very little fries were added to our plates. I wish now I had taken a photo of our plates. After complaining, they brought us a piece of additional catfish each. We sat inside and ate and after making the comment to my company how I would never be back, they must have overhead us and brought out a big plate of fries. You would think after all this, they would have made sure their food was fresh, hot and as good as I KNOW captain D's can be. But, believe it or not, one one of the fries was frozen.

Very mediocre food at extremely high high prices at the entire chain of Captain D's restaurants. The only really good aspect of eating there is the unlimited free extra tarter sauce and ketchup that is serve yourself so you don't end up short or being charged for extra. If you are financially well to do then go for it.
