At first glance it appeared to be clean. Then I noticed the mold on the ice machine. There was also mold under it. We probably now have internal parasites now. No complaints about the food. The service could have been better. I have children who wanted popcorn chicken but it wasn't on the menu board. The cashier said it is a number 10. As it turns out, that is a very large size but that wasn't explained so we purchased WAY more than necessary. I don't recommend buying any drinks until their machines have a thorough cleaning.

Decent place to grab a quick meal of fried chicken. They are fairly expensive but the food is good. The chicken is always thoroughly cooked and the sides are always warm or cold depending on what it is. The chicken has always been served hot, juicy and tender. The staff is courteous friendly and helpful, an overall good place to eat

The service was so slow, we waited 20min for our food. I could have overlooked that but not with the absolutely filthy condition of the dining area. Every table was dirty, trash cans were overflowing, the pop machine was covered in grime. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is the food was ok...although I'm slightly concerned the food prep area matches the dining area.

We placed our order, and pulled to the window and paid. We waited at the window for 10 minutes, then we were asked to park while they prepared more chicken and said it'd be out soon. 20 minutes later I had to go on only for them to tell me it was going to be 20 more minutes. I requested our money back and then 3 minutes later a manager came to the counter and ask what we ordered. We told her, and she then went directly to fix our order, and then gave it to us. I don't understand why we were told 20 more minutes, and then suddenly it was ready .

We never get the right meal when we go thru the drive thru and we quit ordering from there . Thought maybe they had gotten better but went there today I specifically ask for chicken legs w the thigh and leg meal never even got any of that. , got wing and thigh!!! I got chicken tenders with potatoes and they were w fries ! So salty I couldn’t eat them! Poor poor service ! In Glasgow Ky !! I am 72 and my husband is 74 we should not have to check our meal everytime . I will go to Popeyes from now on! Thank you ooh yes and chg 14 + for not the right meal plus not being able to eat it . I deserve a refund! Don’t feel good enough to go back for a refund or different food!
