Mcdonald's

Terribly slow service. Ordered a drink and a McFlurry and had to wait for 10 minutes whilst orders placed after me for the same items received theirs. Finally had to go up and ask for my food and waited another 5 minutes even after being told “it’s being prepared just now”. There is no way McDonalds can claim to be “fast food” anymore.

The place is always busy and you are lucky if you can find a seat especially during evening times, when upstairs is closed. For dining in, food was as expected. Fun to be in with friends. Usually fast service. Order self checkout. Don't reccomend take aways as they messed up with mine a few times.. Specifically somehow forgot to put chicken in my "CriSpY ChiCKeN salad" so I had to enjoy my night while eating grass and 2 cucumber slices when I came home. The next time I ordered same takeaway.. Half of the lettuce was rotten and disgusting, at least they put a slice of tomato this time...... Third time I ordered same thing there was no tomato but other ingredients were fine.. Their chicken wrap is really hood and I'm also a fan of double cheeseburger and their mcflurrys. Never had their ice-cream machine broken in my experience. Most disgusting drink is starberry slushie lemonade. It's truly the most sour lemony thing I have ever tried. My tastebuds tightened, even lemon itself is not this sour. Employees look annoyed and overwhelmed at all times but can see they really are trying to be nice. They have really good music in this place, good location, good atmosphere, good chicken when it's actually remembered in the order. Do reccomend, but don't expect anything outstanding, just an average fast food place.

Absolute shambles of a place. Waited over 15-20mins for a breakfast muffin and coffee. The whole point of the restaurant is to be fast food which I was apparently wrong today when the manager raged at me for pointing that out. They are now a family restaurant and do not class themselves as a fast food establishment. Again according to the manager of the store. Was accused of raising voice which I did not but did use a stern tone. Maybe listening more to the customer instead of trying to rattle off the company policy would help with that. Still 3 stars at end of the day manager promptly refunded all food bought as I was gonna miss the bus and that’s why I chose a fast food restaurant over a family chain. Guess I need to update Google as it’s in the wrong category

I'm a support worker often visit with client with disabilities and In a wheelchair, They have a young man Gregor who works front of house i couldn't be more grateful what a total credit to McDonald's he helps get us a seat, delivers us our food at a table and couldn't be an any more helpful he's amazing it makes such a difference hence we visit 2_3 days a week.
