Subway

Got coupons for Subway in my mail a week ago. Went to this location to use a couple of them and was told they couldn't take them as their register wasn't updated for them. It wasn't like i'd just gotten them that day. I'd got them a whole week prior. If the company is going to send out coupons in the mail all of the local Subways should be able to accept them.

This review is in response to 'Nancy Botwin' who also left this same review on Yelp as 'Frannie D'. I understand the frustration with waiting for service at the drive thru. We all expect that to be faster than taking the time to go inside. Although I totally understand the frustration of seeing no one in line, there has been a misunderstanding. This location also accepts orders by phone and online. I'm sorry you've had a negative experience, but consider trying again. Alot of the workers are young teens gaining first time job experience and still in training. If in a true hurry, place your order online or by phone and then all you have to do is pay (unless pay online). I've always found this to be a great Subway location. Clean despite being in a gas station and with minimal wait despite being next to the interstate. With that said, to use their name publicly and to say insulting things such as "You suck at life so bad and your time management skills are so poor sandwiches are too hard for you to make. Hopefully one of your mamas work there cause you might have to move on to mcdonalds. Have fun with that."..well you might want to reexamine your priorities. Had their truly been an issue worth complaining about, why didn't you reach out to management rather than to speak so unkindly? A negative review is validated, but the last paragraph basically makes you look like you are difficult to please and lack compassion and empathy for others. I challenge you to apply for Subway, work there a few months and gain better understanding of the challenges they face. There's more to the job than just putting meat and veggies between bread. They are imperfect people just like you are. Be kind.

Ciera and Jacob decided to make me wait in the drive thru and never take my order, after being told 3 times to hold on in aggravating intervals I go inside, no one in line, no one walking away with food, no one in drive thru, these tots we're each making themselves sandwiches with the look of scared death after they saw me come up ignoring me while I watch them make sandwiches for no one in line or drive thru. Yes ciera and Jacob. You started your sandwiches even after making me wait five minutes for nothing. You suck at life so bad and your time management skills are so poor sandwiches are too hard for you to make. Hopefully one of your mamas work there cause you might have to move on to mcdonalds.
