Pizza Hut

The only reason this got a 1 star is because the food is good but it sometimes comes out cold. They also sometimes forget my orders. Also, the employees are not the brightest, for example a worker today didn’t know how to put sausage on half of a pizza. If you want to run a good business i suggest hiring hard workers who take pride in their job. The customer service is slow and horrible. Do better and you’ll get better business.

This place is severely understaffed. There were numerous Carry-out pickups who had to wait in line for an unusually long time. (Some of them waited 20+ minutes.). We dined in and there was only ONE waitress to serve all the tables AND handle the cash register and serve carry-out orders. The food was excellent but the service was painfully slow and the waitress must have been new and/or untrained.

Need someone at till to acknowledge customers as they come in, myself and 5 other people came in and no one acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. There were two ppl making pizza, one cutting and boxing and two in back room. I understand they are busy but only reason is us the customers, at least acknowledge and appreciate

I ordered a pizza to be ready by 7 and it was 20 minutes late and the thin crust was way over done. If I would have known it was going to be this bad I would have ordered from somewhere else and would not have been late or so disappointed. The manager did not seam to be bothered by my disappointed of my food not ready. Was not at all happy even when we did finally get our pizza. We ordered online at 545 to be done by 7pm

I am not impressed with Pizza Hut in Glasgow. The service is not much service at all seeing as how you have to do your own investigative work to figure out what is yours when you order to go. There is no curbside option even though there are an extra 3-4 people standing around at a time and they NEVER seem to have the special that is “offered” by the areas advertisements. Not that they don’t offer it just that they are OUT. How is this a pizza diner but they don’t have sauce? Or chicken when they advertise Wing Street?
