Quaint, cozy, delicious, with attentive service. Two Fat Ladies at The Buttery lives up to it's hype. I highly recommend the scallops, duck, and rainbow trout. Not sure about the chocolate-beetroot-goat cheese cake though. Make a reso as it is quite busy.

Even with the latest restrictions TFL is a treat. Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Not cheap but sometimes it's nice to push the boat out. Manager is a nice guy too.

Upscale Scottish, and good stuff at that. So yeah, it's upscale Scottish dining. Which separates itself from the more hipster-y fare available further west on Argyle mainly by the white-linen on the tables, the muted/wood decor, and the silver-ware.
