Visited this restaurant 2 weeks ago with my daughter for lunch the food was amazing the staff where lovely coudnt do enough to make you feel welcome the owner and the chef π¨βπ³ a bigππto both of you's for excellent preparation of food will definitely be back π
Amazing food, really helpful and attentive staff. Perfect place for a meal out! Had the steak as my main and the portion was really generous based on the price. Drinks were good value and cocktails were really good quality. Would recommend for evening/romantic meals but would definitely be careful if you are going with elderly/disabled guests as the stairs up to the restaurant are quite steep.

First visit, highly recommended by family. Smashing wee place. Food was delicious. Portions were great and prices were reasonable. Book a table as the restaurant is small and fills up quick. My daughter has been many times and always speaks volumes about Jist Misto.
You often hear the saying "A hidden gem" , well in this case it's true . A very well balanced menu , superb quality food , very professional owner / chef
and staff , what more could you ask for , I highly recommend this place , go on give it a try you won't regret it.
The food in Jist Misto is amazing and the staff are absolutely lovely. The only thing that detracts from this great wee restaurant is that when you leave, your clothes smell of food/grease. This is a bit of an issue if you're heading off somewhere after a meal so I would respectfully suggest to the management that they upgrade the ventilation system or install good air conditioning to vent out the unwanted whiffs.
