14 of us went for a meal to celebrate a family event. Great food and service. Only downside was that we had to sit at 3 different tables as didn’t have table large enough to seat us all together.

Okay first things first, their chips are the best things to ever grace their presence on my tongue. I love the slushes and the ribs but the only problem seems to be the wait. In the end yeah it's so worth it and obviously it's a busy restaurant but the wait is killer. This is the best tgi Fridays I've ever been to. The one in town serves it cold, the food tastes undercooked and the wait is even longer there. The one in the fort however is warm, the food is always delicious and the service seem happy to just see you. I recommend the jack Daniels ribs

The food was incredible, portions were MASSIVE, but staff made it very clear I could take away any leftovers (which were packaged extremely well). The service was quick, our servers were so lovely and kept checking in to ensure everything was okay. The only issue I had was that the main center seating area of the restaurant had like... Zero lighting. We sat down and realized it was dark enough that we struggled to read the menu, my stepmum had to turn the flash on her camera on to read hers, and a couple seated nearby us we heard ask if they could be moved elsewhere because it was so dark in the main section of the restaurant. There are small spotlights, but they're all facing slightly away from the tables, so very little light falls on them.

The food here today was fabulous but the service really was 10/10. So attentive, polite and lovely! Our server was fantastic, didn’t get his name but lovely guy with dark hair and a black jumper on. Super friendly and fab at his job. Thank you

I'm actually not a fan of TGI Fridays. But I went here as it was quiet. The food was pretty good, I wanted the big meat platter but no ribs so went for the chicken version. Food was decent, the wait staff were spectacular and allowed us to move to a booth even though we were just two people. Will be back

Updated to 5 Stars. I really enjoyed my recent visit. Much improved service since my first visit, seated and served quickly, all menu items available and the food was fantastic! I will definitely return again in the future. This is a great improvement on my first visit back in September 2019 when I left a disappointed 3 star review: "Had to wait at the bar for a table for 15 minute which is not the end of the world but some items unavailable from bar menu while waiting and service was a bit slow throughout my visit. The place was not particularly busy, just low on staff. The food was good but not great. Felt it was a little pricy for what we got. Overall not a bad place for a meal but will try other food options at the fort first before I return."

We were served by Jody who is an absolute asset to this business. Her friendliness and cheeriness were contagious. No request was too much trouble. She was happy to make menu recommendations and provided amazing service.

Fine really but very expensive for what you get. The berger was great and my granddaughter enjoyed her wraps. However I was extremely disappointed with my classic Rib choice. Size of Rib 3 bones so not even a half rack. An eggcup of slaw with no dressing. Size of meal is equal to fine dining yet this restaurant is anything but. Spent over £140 and I was ready for a fish supper afterwards.

A trendy, vibrant atmosphere with great views. The new Times Square starter for sharing is excellent - a must try!! The warrior burger is the complete entity and the cookie dough sundae desert rounded off the meal. Staff were busy yet attentive. Big thanks to our server Rachel who was buzzing around keeping everyone replenished with their food and drinks. We'll be Back!!!
