Beautiful Gastro Pub with a great variety of options. Located in a quiet, green space.
We sat outside until it got too cold. Inside was homely and rustic. Servers polite and attentive. Really good place for a chilled night out.
Tremendous night tonight, came for food with the family and we were all thoroughly impressed. Warmly greeted by Grant who recommended starters for the out-laws and a double whisky for myself to put up with them. Staff were attentive, food very tasty and the kids loved the personal touch provided by the staff - the card tricks were loved by all! Will return soon for some more magic
Last night we went there with my friends after golfing and it was my 2nd time visit. The vegetarian burger meal is delicious, big in size and the veggie burger is well prepared. The only thing I can complain is the price of zero alcohol beer. It was a bit higher than I expected and expensive than other pubs. It would be prefect if they can offer a discount on the drink if order together with food.
Service wise, it was really good as my first time visit. Thank you for the servers Lynsey and Allan.
My family and I are regular customers at the White Cart in Busby. We always recommend this restaurant/pub to everyone. Great atmosphere, attentive, friendly,helpful staff, and they have a great selection of food. I have never had any issues there. It can get busy as it is a popular place, so I would recommend to book your table ahead of time.
You would never know this is a Greene King bar and restaurant. Staff are excellent as is the food and drinks on offer. Handy too, being right next to Busby train station and walking distance to Clarkston. Would recommend both Xmas Dinner and the Katsu curry.
Always a great place to relax and enjoy good food and a wide range of beers.
2019 update Dogs are now welcome so if your friends are busy take ya best friend to the White cart, they now have treats dog bowls and K9 ice cream. IM JUST TAKIN THE DUG OWT, is now even more enjoyable 😉
2020 update...this place is Banging!! The recent refit has truly put the cherry on the cake.
The White cart could get away with charging for parking and I'd still go.
Same staff, same building, just better.

Fabulous lunch.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and were attentive without being intrusive. Dan and Kerry were our waiters, and both were fabulous. The food was delicious and plentiful. Between us, we had crispy squid and haggis fritters for starters, followed by a gorgeous halloumi salad and a towering signature burger with all the trimmings. We were given plenty of time to digest that before moving on to desserts and a cuppa.
A very enjoyable, relaxed meal, and great value for money. Will definitely be back.

Lovely lunch with great service from booking with Terry. On the day got the perfect table at the fire and service and food perfect. Ruth and Tom made the 92nd birthday celebration amazing!!
This was the first time we had been in and we were celebrating a 40th Birthday.
Lynsey, Rith & Terry were fabulous, they were fast, effiecient, friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Excellent Service, Excellent Staff, i will be back to visit because of them.
